Besides giving a strong foundation to IndusLeap through a similar value system and commitment, Bhupender Singh and Tariq Malhotra possess rich educational qualifications and professional credentials. They collectively bring in over 36 years of vast experience spanning various sectors and multi-functional areas that is required to successfully lead the IndusLeap team.

Vikram Shivpuri, Co-Founder and Mentor

A senior sales and distribution professional, Vikram comes on board with over 20 years of experience in consumer durables (Hitachi) and financial services (Max Life). Vikram holds a graduation degree in Statistics from Fergusson College, Pune, and an MBA in Marketing from the, University of Poona. With expertise in leadership development, talent management and distribution strategy, he was nominated for various international events held in London, Beijing, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Singapore and Colombo. In his previous corporate assignment Vikram served as the National Head – Strategic Initiatives (MDRT), Max Life Insurance.

Bhupender Singh, Founder and Director

Bhupii, as he is fondly called, is a Bhupender Singh, Founder and Director seasoned learning and development professional, with over 19 years of experience spread across turnkey projects, financial services and IT education. He is an expert in blended learning methodology, and business and distribution development. A graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Punjabi University and MBA (Finance & Marketing) from ICFAI Business School, he is also an Associate of Insurance Institute of India and participated in an executive workshop at IIM, Ahmedabad. In his last corporate assignment, he was Vice President and Head of Training in a leading financial services company in India.

Tariq Malhotra, Director

Tariq has worked with customers across the globe as part of setting up NRI services vertical for a leading financial services corporate in Gurgaon, India. He was instrumental in creating profitable business opportunities, formulating customer servicing processes, legal aspects, and remittance mechanism for their NRI business under Strategic Initiatives. With over 17 years of experience across the FMCG & financial services industries, he has served in various roles spanning business strategy, sales management, leadership training and project management.
